I’ve been renting at the new Caldwell location for over a year now. I really like this facility, and haven’t worried about my things at all. The kiosk is so convenient, as is my automatic payment every month, so it’s not ever something I have to think about. We also have little kids, so anytime we’ve been there the bathrooms on-site are a life/time saver!“

LOVE the new facility! I already rented a storage unit with them at Viking Mini in Middleton, but we found ourselves in a pickle when we couldn't close on our new house a few days after moving out. So, I called Heidi and explained that we needed two of her largest storage units. She managed to get me two 10x30 units right next to each other in minutes and payment was quick and painless over the phone. Best of all, she managed to set my pin the same as the other storage facility, so I didn't have to memorize a whole new set of numbers.
